We weld the wear layer ourselves

Plenty of suppliers cut wear plate. We manufacture it. The overlay is welded in our production. That is why every sheet carries its grade, combination and batch number stencilled on the surface, and why we can answer technical questions about what's inside it.
Three product lines leave our floor: TW200 and TW-F chromium carbide plates, hardfaced wear pipes for concrete pumps and abrasive media, and custom liner series fabricated to customer drawings.
