The bore is protected by a chromium carbide layer. The abrasive slides on carbides, not on the pipe wall your pressure rating depends on.

Service life depends on the mix, pressures and placement rates. Hardfaced pipes typically outlast standard steel pipes several times over in the same line. Tell us your current change-out interval and we'll tell you what to expect.
Can you match my existing flanges?
Yes. Send the pump model or a drawing/photo of the current flange with basic dimensions. We machine ends to match so the pipe bolts straight in.
Do you supply complete sets?
Yes: straights, bends, reducers and clamps as a complete delivery-line package, or individual replacement sections in batch quantities.
